• WindsorONE products are completely vertically integrated from standing tree to finished product every aspect of the manufacturing process is owned and monitored for quality control by WindsorONE.
• WindsorONE Protected Boards and Specialty patterns are protected by a 5 preservative system that offers a 30 year warranty on Rot, insects, and mold for the exterior but also a gold indoor air quality rating for the interior. This makes the product usable safely in many applications.
• The protection is also fully penetrated throughout the entire board.
• All WindsorONE products are primed with 3 coats of a proprietary acrylic latex primed to achieve a furniture grade primer finish.
• Using 100% Chilean grown radiata pine as Windsor's substrate creates a product with good ding and dent resistance and very low resin content allowing for no resin bleed through the primer.

Maintenance

Every building is subject to wear and tear from weather conditions and occupant usage. All building components have a design service life, which may be affected by environmental conditions and installation and maintenance measures. All building components require regular inspections and scheduled maintenance to maximize their performance and service life.
